Come celebrate the Earth - Free family fun! Saturday, April 12th from 10 am until 12 noon (rain or shine) at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 216 S Aspen Street, Lincolnton.
There will be information booths & children’s crafts on recycling, water cycle, soil testing info, Smokey the Bear, free tree seedlings, raised beds, etc - Activities for all ages! Operation Medicine Drop Box will be available from 9 am until 11 am (no needles, aerosol cans or inhalers accepted). The Earth Day celebration is being sponsored by the Lincoln Soil & Water Conservation District and the Lincoln Natural Resources Committee. The Paper Shredding Truck sponsored by the Local Government Federal Credit Union will be available from 9 am until 12 noon.
You can also join in on the Easter egg hunt and other spring fling activities being sponsored by Emmanuel Lutheran Church.
