Mission Statement
The purpose of the Parks and Recreation department is to provide recreational opportunities for the citizens of Lincoln County:
- Through the development and operations of parks and facilities
- Sponsorship of programs, classes and special events
- By working with others in the preservation of the dwindling open space and natural resources of our county
