Lincoln County Parks and Recreation will hold a public forum to discuss the proposed renovations of Block Smith Gym. Those interested are invited to visit the gymnasium, located at 130 Rhodes Street, on Wednesday, January 28, 2009 anytime from 4 - 7pm.
