The Lincoln County Board of Commissioners will hold a Town Hall Meeting concerning Revaluation at the James W. Warren Citizens Center, 115 W. Main Street, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
The purpose of this Town Hall Meeting is to explain the process used for the 2011 Reappraisal of Property, outline the process for appealing your recent property appraisal, and providing general information about tax rates and the budget process for 2011-12. This will NOT be an opportunity to appeal individual property appraisals. Those concerns can only be addressed through the Property Appeal Process, which will be discussed.
