The Gaston-Cleveland-Lincoln Metropolitan Planning Organization (GCL MPO) is the lead transportation planning agency for Gaston, Cleveland, and Lincoln counties. The GCL MPO, its counties, and municipalities are working with the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) and additional partners to create a Comprehensive Transportation Plan for the three county area. This plan will be used to accommodate future transportation needs as deemed necessary by future growth and development. A key part of both the plan and the information gathering process is citizen input. We are asking for a few minutes of your time to complete a survey so that your input can be taken into consideration as the plan is developed.
