The flu vaccine will be offered to the public at Bethpage Lutheran Church 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 10, 2012.
Those with Medicaid and/or Medicare may receive a flu vaccine at this site free of charge, if they bring a current Medicare/Medicaid card at the time of service. All others will be charged $25.00.
Lincoln County employees who do not qualify for BCBSNC coverage are welcome to come to this site to receive their vaccine for $25.00.
Cash and checks will be accepted.
