Proposed Vehicle Service Garage on Hwy. 73 At Pilot Knob Road for East Lincoln Fire Department
East Lincoln Fire Department is requesting the rezoning of 0.94 acres from R-T (Transitional Residential) to CZ B-N (Conditional Zoning Neighborhood Business) to permit a vehicle service garage. The property (Parcel ID# 53015 and 30063) is located at 7654 Hwy. 73, on the southeast corner of Hwy. 73 and Pilot Knob Road.
A community involvement meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 8, 2011, at 6 p.m. at East Lincoln Fire Department at 406 S. Pilot Knob Rd. to provide information about the proposal and to receive comments prior to a public hearing.
