Tax listing begins January 1, 2026, and runs through January 31, 2026. Listing forms have been mailed to anyone who owns personal property and has listed in the previous tax year.
For anyone who does not receive a listing form or who recently acquired property that needs listing please call, come by the Tax Department or visit the Tax Department Listing page.
Types of property that must be listed annually include: Aircraft, Watercraft, Manufactured Homes (Not classified as Real Estate), Unregistered Vehicles, Permanent, Multi-Year and IRP Plated Vehicles, Business Machinery and Equipment, Office Furniture & Fixtures, Leasehold Improvements, Computer Equipment, Farm Equipment, or property rented to others as part of a business.
