The Lincoln County Health Department is hosting a Kindergarten Health Assessment and Vaccine Clinic on August 15, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM at Love Memorial Elementary School, located at 1463 Love Memorial School Rd, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to take advantage of this convenient opportunity to ensure their rising kindergartners are ready for school. Services include state-required health assessments and routine childhood vaccinations.
What to bring:
$25 for the health assessment (cash or card accepted)
Insurance card for vaccines
You may be eligible for free vaccines!
