Description: By State law, when a dog bites a person or kills a domestic animal, it can be declared a dangerous dog. This Board meets, hearing from both the owner and complainant to determine if the dog is deemed dangerous.
Meets: This board meets on an as-needed basis upon an appeal being filed under Chapter 92 of the Lincoln County Code of Ordinances.
Purpose: To review any and all appeals arising from the determination of Lincoln County Animal Services regarding a dangerous dog.
