Residents should begin to receive their new Solid Waste Resident Stickers in their Property Tax bills.
New stickers will be required to enter the Landfill and Convenience Sites beginning October 16th, 2023.
Old stickers (green in color) will be accepted until then. Currently, the Solid Waste Department is unable to issue additional or replacement stickers with the new color (purple in color). If you have not received your new stickers by October 15th, you may visit the Lincoln County Landfill or James Warren Citizen Center with valid ID and proof of residence to obtain one. Convenient Site Attendants CANNOT verify residency or dispense stickers. Stickers must be visible during your visit to any Convenient Site or Landfill.
