Blueprint 2043 is a joint Land Use Plan and Capital Investment Plan for Lincoln County. It will provide the vision for the future of Lincoln County as well as outline the strategic investments that the county will need to make. Blueprint 2043 will be a tool to guide land use decision-making and investments. The second round of in-person public engagement was in September but there is still time to submit your thought through the online survey and the interactive Land Use Strategy map. Please take time to provide your input on the future land use strategy for the County.
