The Lincoln County Register of Deeds Office will be closed Monday, June 20th and Tuesday, June 21st, (except for real estate recordings) to relocate to our new address at:
206 Gamble Drive, 2nd Floor, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
All in person real estate recordings should be taken to the new address starting Monday, June 20th at 8:00 a.m.
Our office will resume all services on Wednesday, June 22nd and 8:00 a.m.
