[ARCHIVED] COVID Call Center Now Available

Lincoln County Placeholder Image

The Lincoln County Health Department has activated a COVID-19 Call Center at 704-479-2206. The call center will follow a weekly schedule of 8:30am-4pm Monday thru Friday.

The call center is set up to address community questions regarding the COVID-19 vaccine. Operators for the call center can provide information on what priority groups are currently being vaccinated in Lincoln County and surrounding areas. They can also link residents to the COVID Vaccine Management System (CVMS) registration resources.

The call center cannot make appointments for the vaccine. If all operators are busy, callers may leave a voicemail, and an operator will return your call, typically within 48 hours. We ask that you do not leave more than one voicemail per two-day period to allow call center operators to manage the call volume.
