Residential Sticker Program

Lincoln County Resident Sticker Program

The Solid Waste Department has a sticker program for identifying Lincoln County Residents who use the Convenience Sites. A valid sticker is required to access Lincoln County convenience sites. Stickers are renewed annually and are sent out to residential properties in July with Lincoln County Property Tax bills.

Replacement stickers for Lincoln County residents are available at the following locations:

Solid Waste Office (Located at the Landfill)

When picking up Residential Waste Stickers, please have your current and valid identification, along with proof of residency such as current vehicle registration, utility bill, lease agreement, closing documents, or current tax bill.  REMINDER: Stickers are NOT available at Lincoln County Convenience Sites. Site attendants CANNOT validate residency. Stickers must be visible at all times. Site attendants may request sticker to be visible while in Lincoln County Convenience Sites.

PLEASE NOTE: Residents who have the 2022-2023 (green) sticker, will be able to use their sticker until the expiration date. The 2023-2024 (purple) stickers will be required as of  10-15-2023.
