Special Assistance/In Home

Special Assistance IN Home provides a choice for those who are at risk of facing placement in an Adult Care Home. This program provides supplement income, which is used to help that individual meet their basic needs and remain safe while living at home. To be eligible for this program the adult must qualify for Medicaid and approved forms from their primary care physician to participate in this program.
