Subdivision
Overview
Any subdivision in the county's jurisdiction must be done through the subdivision process in which a plat is recorded in the Lincoln County Register of Deeds. Prior to recordation the plat must undergo review, which ensures that the subdivision meets all applicable regulations.

Online Submittal Portal - Plat Review
Lincoln County Planning & Inspections offers online submittal of preliminary plats for review using eTRAKiT, an online platform solution. You can get started by clicking the icon below!
Beginning on March 28, 2025 all preliminary plat submittals must be made through eTRAKiT. Final submittals will still require two paper copies and one fully executed mylar copy as E-Recording is not available at this time.
